QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience
  • Strong strategic thinking and tactical execution skills
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to balance qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in database marketing, marketing analytics, or digital audience management
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in developing reports and deriving insights using various analytics tools
  • Knowledge of statistical concepts for A/B test analysis (e.g., statistical significance, confidence intervals)

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We’re seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead our personalization initiatives across our digital platforms. This role will be crucial in enhancing customer experiences, driving conversion rates, and increasing revenue through data-driven personalization strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and prioritize the personalization roadmap in collaboration with product and marketing teams
  • Identify key customer segments and opportunities for personalization to improve customer experience and drive revenue
  • Collaborate with UX, design, and development teams to implement new functionalities for campaigns
  • Analyze and present campaign results to stakeholders, providing both quantitative and qualitative insights
  • Design and maintain core web personalization programs and operational processes
  • Serve as a strategic partner, advising teams on site visitor behavior and personalization strategies
  • Continuously improve the personalization and experimentation program to push us to the next level
  • Create reports on core program metrics and draw actionable insights from various data sources
