Responsibilities:

As a Digital Service Advisor, you will help create value by providing excellent service. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking support through our online messaging digital channels such as Nab Messaging and Social Media. You will build trust, solve problems, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience. You will be an expert in providing first-level support, using your expertise and knowledge to ask the right questions to understand the specifics of each customer issue.
