Description:

Sells complex, high value Digital Services in the CES and CCS business lines. Plans, facilitates and/or conducts complex existing new business, and new new business negotiations, typically over a long sales cycle. Plans and executes effective relationship strategies for several large, complex opportunities with a limited number of strategic customers in the Netherlands and takes up the role of Dealmaker in strategic sales cycles within General Western Europe. Focusses on senior management or executive level.
Key responsibility in recontracting Digital Services contracts with the Dutch government as a key senior player in the current account team focusing on CO level contacts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English (written and verbal)
  • 10+ years of prior experience in B2B sales is required, with specific experience in selling services and/or complex solutions
  • Strong understanding of digital strategies and new trends
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills, emphasizing your ability to build and exceed client relationships
  • Possess personal drive, internal motivation, and a relentless pursuit of high achievement in every endeavor
  • Showcase great interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities, enabling effective engagement with clients and colleagues

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage two (2) enterprise government clients
  • Develop GWE Digital Services Businessplan and advices senior GWE management in strategy development with regards to implementing and developing new digital services in the separate countries. (UK, France and the Netherlands)
  • Conduct complex new business negotiations over extended sales cycles for key accounts within the General Western Europe territory
  • Plan and execute effective strategies and maintain senior management level relationships (including VP and C-Level)
  • Collaborate internally to provide subject matter expertise and promote the Digital Services offerings
  • Be an SME in digital strategies and xerox digital offers to be a trusted advisor to a board level.
  • Be or become an evangelist internally and externally for digital change
  • Bring together a Xerox multi-disciplinary team specific to the client need
  • Create demand by working collaboratively with customers to shape and design what the future digital operating model for the customers need is an in the case of government or formal tenders, actively shaping what the tender specification is prior to it being issued.
  • Participate with the appropriate sales organization in account planning and forecasting
  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets within the territory
