Description:

We’re looking for a Social Media Analyst to join our insights team on a permanent basis at our office in London.
As a Social Media Analyst you will be the UK business expert across all the major social analytics tools including Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Snap Studio, TikTok Analytics and X Analytics. Reporting to the Director of Brand Insight, you will work alongside the Social Video Team to set KPIs and deliver the social media analysis and insights.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Work with Business Area Digital Research team to set social KPIs in the UK
  • Use social analysis and insight to help win more commercial partnerships and sponsorship.
  • Produce weekly social reports for BMA UK’s brands monitoring performance.
  • Produce regular reports on BMA UK’s digital consumption across platforms.
  • Use data and insight creatively to highlight issues and potential solutions.
  • Provide learnings and recommendations to Content, Marketing, Social and Commercial teams
  • Work with large data sets across social platforms. providing insights.
  • Create clear dashboards for teams using visualisation tools.
