Description:

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • To establish and maintain a rolling Strategy for the use of Digital and Social Media channels in the UK, based on UK business objectives, clearly defined target audiences and identification of channel roles in generating awareness, engagement and commercial leads.
  • Develop and manage an Annual Digital and Social Media Plan, based on measurable communications objectives & selection of appropriate channels, messaging, task-based budget recommendations, timelines and calendar of activities
  • To drive effective and cost-efficient execution of the Plan, through development and delivery of integrated multimedia campaigns, effective management and coordination of external agencies with a focus on consistency and coherence
  • Establish reports on a Digital & Social Media dashboard of measurements, which track progress against overall objectives for stakeholder awareness and engagement. Using the data/analytics to monitor performance against targets
  • Maintain agility and ‘24/7 attention’ , in order to deal with the fast-changing digital media environment
  • Encourage and nurture a culture of innovation designed to test and validate new ideas and approaches, exploring opportunities for enhanced cost-efficiency, as well as expanding and strengthening professional skill sets in digital and social channel management
  • Constantly adhere to, and actively promote behaviors which reflect the Brand Purpose, while specifically maintaining the highest levels of Safety standards

Responsibilities:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital & Social Media Manager to join our London team on a 12 month FTC. The purpose of the Digital & Social Media Manager is to support the UK Communications Director in developing and building effective communications ‘dialogues’ with all key DP World stakeholders through all relevant internal and external digital channels.
