You will play a key role in our team by developing and executing technical solutions, handling system configurations, and driving the development and implementation of various projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop digital solutions using ServiceNow HRSD in collaboration with the People & Organization department and Technical ServiceNow Platform team.
  • Provide expert advice on solution architecture, technical design, and best practices.
  • Lead technical workshops to gather requirements and develop innovative solutions.
  • Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, custom applications, and workflows.
  • Oversee the technical implementation of ServiceNow HRSD projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage system upgrades, optimizations, and performance tuning to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow HRSD-related issues.
  • Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other enterprise systems.
