Description:

OVERVIEW:

We ‘re looking for an experienced digital savvy individual to lead the promotion of our digital and technology solutions, while also managing brand strategy in collaboration with product managers and UX designers. This dynamic role requires someone who can translate complex digital and tech solutions into clear, engaging content, present live demonstrations, and collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive brand management and successful technology deployments. You will also support the central bid writing team with all aspects of digital and technology solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years of experience in a mid-level managerial role, preferably within digital solutions, technology, marketing, or brand management sectors.
  • PROMOTIONAL WRITING EXPERTISE: Proven ability to develop clear, engaging promotional content for digital and technology solutions. Experience in making complex technical content accessible to non-technical audiences is essential.
  • PRESENTATION SKILLS: Strong experience in presenting live demos and communicating the value of solutions to both internal and external stakeholders. Skilled at tailoring presentations to different audiences. Confidence in presentation delivery.
  • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Proven track record of working with internal stakeholders, including product managers and UX designers, to align solutions with business needs and brand strategy.
  • TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & TREND AWARENESS: Sound understanding of digital and technology solutions, with the ability to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • BRAND MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: Experience in overseeing or managing brand strategy, ensuring that all materials, presentations, and digital assets align with the company’s brand values.
  • BID WRITING SUPPORT: Experience supporting bid writing teams or involvement in proposal development, particularly around digital and technology solutions, will be highly advantageous.
  • PROFICIENCY IN TOOLS: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing, project management, or technology (preferred).

Responsibilities:

  • DEVELOP PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS: Craft promotional content that simplifies and translates complex digital and technology solutions into easy-to-understand language. Ensure all promotional materials resonate with a broad audience, including non-technical stakeholders.
  • LIVE SOLUTION DEMONSTRATIONS: Present live demos of digital and technology solutions to clients, Growth communities, internal teams, and stakeholders. Tailor demonstrations to clearly communicate the value of the solutions and how they address real business challenges.
  • Explore potential opportunities for leveraging digital solutions and present leads back to colleagues.
  • COLLABORATE ON DIGITAL DEPLOYMENTS: Partner with internal stakeholders, including product managers, UX designers, and technology teams, to identify opportunities for new technology implementations. Work cross-functionally to ensure successful rollouts and alignment with business needs.
  • STAY ON TOP OF TECHNOLOGY TRENDS: Continuously research and monitor emerging trends and new technologies. Identify innovative solutions that can enhance current offerings, improve processes, or bring new value to the business.
  • IMPROVE WRITTEN AND VISUAL MATERIALS: Regularly update and refine written content, PowerPoint presentations, and digital collateral such as websites, e.brochures, and marketing materials. Ensure consistency and alignment with the latest technological developments and trends.
  • BRAND MANAGEMENT: Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to ensure that all digital and technology solutions are aligned with the company’s brand strategy. Be responsible for brand consistency across all digital and promotional materials.
  • SUPPORT CENTRAL BID WRITING TEAM: Work closely with the central bid writing team to contribute to bid proposals and ensure that all digital and technology-related aspects are accurately represented. Provide input on positioning, benefits, and value propositions to increase the success rate of bids.
