PURPOSE OF POSITION:

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating digital marketing content to enhance IRCA Group’s online presence. This role involves managing social media channels, copywriting to create engaging content, and supporting the implementation of broader digital communication initiatives.

DESCRIPTION OF MAIN ACTIVITIES /RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement creative digital content across various company channels. Coordinate with internal teams (graphic & video production and category managers)
• Manage and grow IRCA Group’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), including community management.
• Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage editorial calendars for various platforms, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
• Coordinating and supervising digital editorial plans for other countries, liaising with local trade marketers.
• Creating and updating content for the company website. Managing website content to align with commercial objectives and strategic goals.
• Developing and distributing engaging internal and external newsletters.
• Collaborate with the Communication Manager to execute the digital strategy.
