THE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Paid Social Strategy: Develop and execute targeted paid social campaigns to drive bottom-funnel conversions. Utilise platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social channels to engage potential customers and convert leads into sales
  • Paid Digital Ads: Create, manage, and optimise paid digital ad campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, display networks, and programmatic advertising, to ensure effective bottom-funnel performance
  • Website Management: Oversee the daily operations and performance of the website with the support by website design agency, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and engaging
  • EDM & CRM: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, manage CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • SEO & UX Improvement: Implement strategies to improve website SEO and user experience, ensuring seamless navigation and optimized content
  • D2C: Build future D2C strategy, execute the plan in collaboration with the brand team. Manage and drive commercial sales

Responsibilities:

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, with a focus on managing paid social, digital ad campaigns and website
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, UX principles, and digital marketing strategies
  • Proficient in CRM systems, EDM platforms, and content management
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and agencie
