JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Digital Surveyor (DS) to join our Digital Surveying team. As a DS, you will be responsible for capturing highly accurate spatial data of properties to allow us to create digital assets for our customers. Your captures will take you across the country, around London and there is also the possibility of international travel. You will be responsible for representing our brand with all those you will interact with.
You will use industry-leading technology along with proprietary software to digitise the built world, this cutting edge tech is reshaping the construction industry and our research and development team are pushing the boundaries of what is capable with LiDAR advancement. You will be working with these teams to provide a superior product and service which is unmatched in the industry.

REQUIREMENTS

You are an outgoing, practical person who thinks on your feet, is eager to learn, and always steps up to take responsibility. Our promise is to deliver high-quality experiences “on time every time”, so you’ll be a good planner with strong organisational skills. You’ll have a positive attitude, sharp attention to detail and bags of creative ideas to improve how we do things.

IDEALLY, YOU:

• Have experience in property surveying and have a grasp of measurement standards.
• Digitally literate and excited by technology.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Have a degree in a relevant discipline (surveying, architecture or related).

As a Digital Surveyor, you will:

• Capture the built world with LiDAR technology, creating 3D models of structural environments.
• Have a logical, problem solving mind to overcome on-site obstacles.
• Act as our brand ambassador, connecting with our customers and their clients to provide excellent customer experience.
• Be flexible and go the extra mile to ensure your work is completed on time and to a high standard.
• Offer regular updates and insights to your senior digital surveyor and customer support team.
• Have the opportunity to travel within the UK and internationally - we have offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and South Africa, with clients globally.
• Receive full training in creating 3D models of the built world, RICS measurement standards, professional photography and our in-house proprietary CAD software. As well as on-going personal development with the online courses we offer at your disposal.
