Responsibilities:

As a Digital Systems and Support Analyst, you’ll be pivotal in maintaining the security, efficiency, and reliability of our digital systems, enabling our team to focus on delivering life-changing healthcare solutions. We have a fast paced and diverse environment where you will find solutions and deliver them in a customer centric way.

Some of the specific responsibilities include -

  • Champion End User Satisfaction: Receive, prioritise, and actively resolve end user help requests. You’ll be the superhero who swoops in to tackle technical challenges, ensuring our colleagues can work efficiently. You’ll not only tackle technical challenges but also ensure that user satisfaction and system security remain top priorities.
  • Problem-Solving Extraordinaire: Take ownership of problem determination, incident recording, resolution, and escalation. You’ll proactively address recurring issues, working with our teams to prevent future incidents and strengthen our cybersecurity posture.
  • Tech Explorer: Assist with researching and procuring hardware and software. You’ll be on the cutting edge, evaluating the best tools to empower our teams.
  • Cybersecurity Guardian: Assist in safeguarding our systems by monitoring for vulnerabilities, managing user access, and implementing preventative measures. Your efforts will help protect our sensitive data and infrastructure.
