• Knowledge in Oracle or CRM

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Providing customer service at highest standards, responding to customer’s commercial and technical questions or delegating other type queries to the right owner within the organization
• Identifying customer needs, understand medium complexity technical requirements, liaising with customers, sales teams, factories and other departments (as needed) and determine best solution to be offered
• Being available, during normal working hours, to respond promptly on both traditional and digital communication channels, such as phone, email, chat (via drift app), MyEmerson
• Sizing and configuring the products according to the requirements such as specifications, application fit, documentation, testing requirements, target lead-time and budget
• Creating a quote in Oracle/ My Emerson assist with technical recommendations and submit the proposal to customers on time, technically and commercially accurate by offering the best solution
• Selecting the appropriate technical documentation
• Making sure Frame Agreements and Price Agreements are followed and specifying a delivery time for the selected products
• Developing and maintain a sound knowledge of products and applications

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an engineering or similar technical positions
• Relevant knowledge of the process industry
• Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Work and PowerPoint)
