Job Purpose and Impact
The Digital Technology Associate Director, Talent Acquisition/Talent Management/Learning Technologies will provide leadership and guidance to the engineering teams across technology and business capabilities to build and enhance modern business applications for the HR function. In this role, you will provide leadership on product development, architecture, and technology adherence to ensure the delivery of solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and robust. You will be a strategic advisor to the functional leadership teams and provide thought leadership on how technology can evolve and transform the business and the services delivered to our employees. You will also lead team development, build cross team relationships, and collaborate across the entire engineering community to drive an effective and authentic engineering culture and to maximize the effectiveness of the engineering capabilities. Key Accountabilities
Lead team in the full project lifecycle of SuccessFactors optimization projects, Talent Management, Learning and Talent Acquisition enhancements, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Create an HR Technology technical strategy that aligns to the HR function that promotes the best value delivery opportunities for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning technologies.
Direct a team of technical professionals that design, develop, deploy, and enhance the new and existing software solutions.
Provide broad oversight and guidance to deliver highly scalable and resilient HR Tech solutions including but not limited SuccessFactors Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Learning solutions.
Perform Portfolio and Financial stewardship, including rationalizing the application footprint within the portfolio, ensuring value creation, while managing the digital investment across the products and application spend.
Provide leadership to grow team capabilities, drive team goals and prioritize team resources in alignment with business requirements.
Influence the engineering community to ensure teams constantly learn and apply new trends and technology to handle business problems.
Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors to ensure team member selections align with the current and future needs of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of six years of related work experience.
Demonstrated experience leading global, technical teams (both direct and indirect reports) within the HR Tech domain, specifically in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and/or Learning technologies.
Ability to identify, clarify, and promote the best value-delivering opportunities for technology investments and ensure that promised value is delivered.
Experience acting as a strategic advisor to business leadership to guide investment decisions.
Experience working in a highly matrixed and global team. Preferred Qualifications
Three years of supervisory experience.
Experience leading teams working with SuccessFactors.
Confirmed experience with financial management and budget management.
