We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Technology Customer Analytics Data Analyst to join our growing team with deep expertise in data and customer analytics, particularly in creating and managing 360-degree customer views. This role is pivotal in understanding customer behaviours, optimizing engagement strategies, and supporting business growth.

The Data Analyst is responsible for analysing complex datasets to develop a comprehensive 360-degree view of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making is at the core of our customer engagement strategies.

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Economic Science, Statistics or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on customer analytics and creating 360-degree customer views.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis and Power BI visualization tool.
  • Experience with CRM systems, customer data platforms (CDPs), and marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifetime value analysis, and predictive modelling techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good understanding in data architecture, data modelling, Azure stack and CDPs.
  • Familiarity with data governance practices and regulatory requirements related to customer data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of using data to drive business decisions and improve customer outcomes.
  • Experience within the travel and hospitality industry, with ideal focus in the Cruising industry, is considered a plus.
  • Fluent in English, any other EU languages would be an advantage.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Develop and maintain a 360-degree customer view by integrating data from various sources (e.g., CRM, transaction data, web analytics, social media).
  • Perform in-depth data analysis based on business requests.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with clear, concise, and actionable information on customer metrics.
  • Use data visualization tools and advanced statistical methods to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to translate business needs into data-driven insights and technical data solutions.
  • Work closely with data engineers and IT teams to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of customer data across platforms.
