We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation - Business Process Consultant with over 12 years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving digital transformation initiatives, optimizing business processes, and implementing innovative solutions that align with our strategic goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in business process consulting, digital transformation, or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives in complex organizational environments.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including automation, data analytics, AI, and cloud computing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions.
• Strong project management skills with experience in managing large-scale projects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Digital Transformation Strategy:
• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Identify opportunities for leveraging digital technologies to improve business processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define the vision and roadmap for digital transformation initiatives.
• Business Process Optimization:
• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement optimized business processes using industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive consensus.
• Solution Implementation:
• Lead the implementation of digital solutions, including software platforms, automation tools, and data analytics systems.
• Ensure successful integration of digital solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary.
• Change Management:
• Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Provide training and support to employees to facilitate the transition to digital workflows.
• Communicate the benefits and impact of digital transformation initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.
• Project Management:
