WHAT A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE

• Drive the integration of data-driven insights into our digital transformation strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement solutions;
• Demonstrate your extensive experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK) to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ensuring efficient data ingestion, storage, and retrieval;
• Utilize your advanced proficiency in Python to manipulate, analyze, and visualize large datasets efficiently, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes;
• Showcase your ability to lead and manage complex data projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective communication, and alignment with business objectives;
• Apply your expertise in data analytics to extract meaningful insights from raw data, presenting findings through clear and compelling visualizations, dashboards, and reports;
• Utilize your meticulous approach to data processing and cleaning, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the data used for analysis;
• Leverage your excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration and understanding;
• Tackle challenging projects head-on, using your problem-solving skills to address issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend data-driven solutions;
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to data analytics, sharing your knowledge and insights with the team;
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, business analysts, and other team members to collectively enhance our data-driven capabilities and achieve strategic goals.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS NEEDED

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana in the development of data pipelines and visualization;
• Proven hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization;
• Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering at least three major projects utilizing the ELK stack for data analysis and visualization;
• Strong expertise in data analytics techniques and tools, with a proven ability to turn raw data into actionable insights;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative mindset;
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies;
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment;
• Experience in managing projects, including scoping, planning, and execution;
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
