Responsibilities:
- Support in deriving and prioritizing strategic projects from the business unit’s strategy as part of the strategy development lifecycle
- Be an active member of the Digital Transformation steering and/or project teams to represent the BU´s interests and requirements
- Develop specific plan(s) to lead the digital transformation of the business unit
- Manage the entire work plan for the Business Unit digital transition, provide status reports, locate problems and control risks
- If required, lead projects in the BU´s digital transformation program
- Define the goals, scope and expected outcomes along with measures to track progress and success for digital projects and ensure alignment with the business unit’s strategic direction
- Ensure a customer-oriented mindset of the project team(s) and include – where applicable – the customer voice to guide important project decisions
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant key stakeholders providing transparency on project status and changes
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management levels and prepare decision-making on critical milestones to achieve alignment and commitment on the digital transformation progress from management
- Identify, initiate and coordinate required change initiatives inside or outside the project scope that are crucial for the success of digital transformation
