Description:
StrategyCorp Toronto is looking for a new Digital Video Specialist to join our team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in video production, editing, and post-production.
- Proven experience working on video projects for public relations, marketing, or advertising campaigns.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Software Proficiency:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Motion graphics tools like Adobe Animate or Blender.
- Equipment Expertise:
- Proficiency in operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and audio recording equipment.
- Familiarity with green screens, lighting rigs, and studio setups.
- File Management:
- Strong skills in asset management and organization for quick and efficient access during post-production.

Responsibilities:
- Video Production:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, and events.
- Manage the entire video production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing.
- Creative Storytelling:
- Develop engaging visual stories that align with client branding and messaging.
- Collaborate with the account management team to conceptualize ideas based on client briefs.
- Technical Expertise:
- Handle all technical aspects of video production, including camera operation, lighting setup, sound recording, and post-production editing.
- Stay updated with the latest video production techniques and tools.
- Content Optimization:
- Optimize video content for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) by understanding platform-specific formats and best practices.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and other multimedia elements to enhance videos.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
- Maintain organized file structures for all project assets and deliverables.
