Description:

Job Summary:
The Digital Web Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of web marketing strategies, SEO, content creation, and social media, as well as providing creative and development support on all marketing efforts.Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and display advertising to achieve marketing goals.

Website Management and Optimization:

  • Maintain and digitally optimise company website ensuring the content is performing, accurate and engaging.
  • Ensure website is SEO optimized by regularly conducting audits and working with the content team.
  • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
  • Create and continuously optimize websites and digital marketing tools to attract candidates, generate leads, increase conversion, and improve user experience and search engine performance.

Email Marketing and Marketing Automation:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Segment email lists and personalize email content based on customer behavior.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign management and lead nurturing processes.
  • Implement workflows and triggers to automate repetitive marketing tasks.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for campaign improvements.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with Canadian and Global IT, Operations, other teams, and vendors to ensure the successful launch and ongoing improvement of our digital products.
  • Assist with business acceptance testing.

Brand Consistency and Campaign Deployment:

  • Deploy global brand campaigns, assets, and training in Canada, enabling business lines and colleagues to promote the company brands.
  • Ensure brand consistency and support the Canadian business while maintaining alignment with the global brands strategy.

Influencing and Advising:

  • Influence the business on the marketing department’s ideas and philosophies, ensuring colleagues utilize the marketing tools to their fullest potential.

Special Projects:

  • Perform other special projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Web Development, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, web marketing, or frontend web development.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4) and marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Pardot, SFMC).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as Sitecore.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic web design principles.
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva).
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
