    The Role
    This role is part of the Digital Workplace Experience team, which is responsible for enabling and enhancing the adoption of digital workplace technologies that increase workforce digital dexterity, collaboration and productivity. The digital workplace analyst will work with the team on various tasks, such as end user journey mapping, creating and updating Tech Trek content on our EXPO intranet, working in partnership with other DWS teams for CSI initiatives, project solution and delivery. The role offers an opportunity to learn from senior colleagues and contribute to the digital transformation of Moody’s.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and maintaining end user journey maps that illustrate the current and desired states of how employees interact with digital tools and services.
  • Identify and work through Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives from identification and recommendations, through to execution and delivery, and with a Digital Workplace experience lens. Strong business and IT process knowledge essential.
  • Work with the team in organizing and delivering various activities, such as workshops, training sessions, surveys, team sprints, content distribution etc. Experience in Microsoft Planner would be beneficial.
  • Collaborate with DWS, TSG and wider shared services partners, to support the digital workplace experience enablement strategy and processes.
  • Building meaningful cross functional stakeholder relationships, including ongoing support of the Digital Champions Network.
  • Help in creating and updating Tech Trek (a Technology Resource Hub) content on our SharePoint based intranet, including user guides, FAQs, video learning and training content, and best practices on how to use digital workplace technologies effectively.
  • Help in creating and updating content for end user touch points, including user guides, emails, FAQs, signage, quick reference guides etc.
  • Supporting the curation of PowerPoint briefing packs for Digital Transformation initiatives, for stakeholder and support team briefings, highlighting key milestones, impact analysis and the Digital Workplace Experience
  • Foster an inclusive workplace that values diversity and promotes belonging and wellbeing.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 3-5 years’ experience in digital workplace and/or technology project implementation.

  • Experience working in a fast paced, demanding environment with the ability to work on multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams, with confidence to challenge the status quo, providing the †voice of the customer’ i.e. the Digital Workplace user across projects and initiatives.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of end user impact within digital transformation.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of digital workplace technologies, such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Good knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Power BI, etc.
  • Good understanding of waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
  • Good understanding of Change Management Practices.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, able to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with colleagues across different functions and teams.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Good teamwork skills, able to collaborate and support others.
  • Good learning skills, able to adapt to changing needs and technologies.
  • Experience in the banking and/or technology industry, although no expertise is required, with a desire to learn more about the industry and its trends.
