Focus: Implement Microsoft solutions for modern workplace collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement digital workplace solutions for productivity and collaboration.
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate user stories into technical solutions.
- Manage and configure collaboration software (eg, Microsoft Teams, Exchange, Jira).
- Maintain and upgrade on-premise solutions.
- Oversee office telephony systems in Teams.
- Ensure seamless integration of digital tools.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
- Stay updated on market trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Experience in designing and implementing digital workplace solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Exchange, Entra, Intune, and server management.
- Preferably experienced in telephony migration.
- Familiar with collaboration tools like Jira, Miro, Azure DevOps.
- Scripting skills using MS Graph API and Powershell.
- Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

- Eligibility: Must have a work and residence permit in Belgium.
