Roles and Responsibilities:

• Performs hands-on design, configuration, deployment of Google Workspace educating customer technical resources
• Supports technical migrations from an architectural perspective
• Acts as a trusted advisor
• Ensures Google Workspace Platform meets needs efficiently and effectively.
• Subject matter expert in Google Workspace solutions
• Leads technical aspects of engineering, maintenance, and management of Google Workspace
• Acts as a Customer Success Manager in the digital workplace.
• Does quality control
• Is able to handle pre-sales with executive stakeholders
• Creates statements of work
• Takes part in optimising customer success management processes
• Is comfortable developing relationships with internal and external partners in order to better understand customer needs
• Builds the maturity of our customers
• Inspires and innovates
• 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying the architecture of Google Workspace in enterprise environments
• 5 years experience as Digital Google Workspace Architect
• Must have Google Workspace Admin, Digital Leader
• Nice to have Associate Cloud Engineer Certifications
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Customer Success Manager role

• 5+ years experience with Pre-sales Engineer
