Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A DIGITAL WORKPLACE TECHNICIAN?
To provide first line support to all users, by resolving IT related requests as well as meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands.
The successful incumbent will acts as first and second level support in the domain of Digital to Operate standard solutions for the workplaces (hardware, workplace software installation – printers, communication - Telephony, video conference and mobile devices). The Digital Workplace Technician will participate and form part of the global IT projects team.
