Are you as steadfast as our Ambrio? Based on the brewery’s oldest recipe, dating back to 1421, this beer has stood the test of time. Standing strong and showing resilience are key in our popular Brasserie, complete with stairs.
Are you never sour, like none of our beers? Customer friendliness and a big smile are absolutely essential.
Are you as patient as our Gouden Carolus Single Malt, aged for three years in barrels? Patience is a virtue, especially for a server: the customer is always king.
Your job:
As the dining room manager, you are a guest pamperer, have a few years of experience as a waiter, and enjoy taking responsibility for the smooth operation of the brasserie during service. You also have a good overview of all the tables in the brasserie and communicate in a clear and constructive way with colleagues from the kitchen, dishwashing, and reception.
Leading and training new and less new colleagues is completely your thing. You know the cash register system inside and out (in time) and have a basic knowledge of our reservation system for the brasserie and hotel. After your shift, you can also enjoy something from the staff fridge, together with your colleagues.
