We are seeking a driven Dining Room Manager join the Claridge’s Restaurant team at Claridge’s.
Set in the heart of Mayfair, Claridge’s is an art deco icon and a byword for understated elegance. Claridge’s has a famous all-day dining and Afternoon Tea restaurant the ‘Foyer & Reading Room’, L’Epicerie that offers a culinary theatre of the kitchen, and three bars: Claridge’s Bar, the intimate Fumoir and effortlessly elegant Painter’s Room.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates for our Dining Room Manager opportunity will:
- Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge’s and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
- Have previous experience in Restaurant Manager role and will have worked in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
- Have exceptional knowledge of food, wines and spirits, and a good understanding of artisan and organic products.
- Be able to motivate and lead a team, is adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
- Immaculate personal presentation with professional and welcoming personality.
- Ability to deal with high profile guests in a professional manner
