Description:
OVERVIEW:
The Director of Organizational Development & Learning is a strategic leadership role responsible for creating and driving the development, implementation, and management of organizational learning and development initiatives. This position plays a crucial part in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, Training & Development excellence, and employee engagement/performance across a multi-site organization. The Director will work collaboratively with senior leadership, manage a team of learning professionals and partner with HR leadership to align development programs with business objectives, ensuring the growth and retention of a high-performing workforce.
Qualifications:Minimum Education and Experience Requirements::
Masters degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in organizational development, learning, and development, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling organizational development and learning initiatives. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Experience with e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS). Certification in relevant OD, coaching, or HR disciplines is a plus. The successful candidate will possess excellent management, organization, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of achieving positive results through the development programs they create and manage. They should have the ability to provide a broad vision, build consensus among teams, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
