IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Engage with customers by phone to create a positive and memorable experience for every customer by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Provide customers with information about home lending products, helping them to understand the market comparisons and understand how to get the best rates and products to suit their circumstances.
  • Proactively find solutions to address our customers’ needs swiftly and efficiently.
  • Deliver personal, easy, and effortless digital experiences for our customers.
