JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is responsible for planning and implementing digital marketing programs. The incumbent will own marketing lead acquisition programs and be charged with iteratively optimizing results. This position will be responsible for aspects of program execution including but not limited to: strategy, test design, execution, and field communications.

EDUCATION

  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

EXPERIENCE

  • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (IN LIEU)

  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day to day activities associated with campaign development and execution
  • Trend, track, and analyze operational metrics and key performance indicators in order to develop and deliver recommendations for improved performance
  • Create and implement tests designed to improve performance and/or efficiency
  • Adhere to assigned budget
  • Manage both internal and external resources to execute campaigns within prescribed timeline
  • Advocate on behalf of the customer at every stage of the campaign development and implementation process
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for programs owned
  • Partner with internal and field stakeholders to maximize campaign engagement and results – including the development and execution of appropriate communications
