Description:

Working with local sales offices in different Countries and with the Corporate Head Office, the Direct Marketing Specialist is responsible for the execution of the email and direct marketing plans and is accountable for the campaign operational deployment process in order to increase direct sales via CRM and direct marketing.

  • Fluent in Italian and English;

knowledge of any other European language is considered an advantage;

  • Degree in Economics, Marketing or equivalent;
  • Previous study or work experience abroad is considered an advantage;
  • Previous experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, email marketing and trigger campaigns;
  • Knowledge of HTML is a must;
  • A number-driven person, comfortable with mathematical, statistical and quantitative reasoning;
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment, balancing multiple priorities;
  • High level of attention to details;
  • Excellent communication, organization, time management and analytical\/problem solving skills.
  • Performs direct marketing activities including, but not limited to, campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, and deployment of one-shot, recurring, triggered and dynamic contents campaigns;
  • Builds and deploys email campaigns within pre-defined SLAs: HTML editing, verifying copy, layout, links and dynamic content;
  • Maintains the email\/direct marketing calendar and proactively communicates with internal stakeholders to confirm requirements, timelines, status and results on campaign requests;
  • Executes highly targeted email campaigns by creating audience segments, lists, suppression and performing A\/B testing;
  • Regularly reporting on key metrics to internal stakeholders, reviews deliverables and campaign performance to improve campaign results;•Establishes best practices for designing emails, and stays updated on industry\/competitive trends;
  • Troubleshoots technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, and other aspects of email execution.
