WHEN IT COMES TO WHERE YOU WORK, WE KNOW YOU’VE GOT CHOICES…HERE’S WHAT WE PROVIDE:

• Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
• An extra $1 per hour for eligible 2nd shift and weekend hours
• Position Status: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Shifts are determined by needs of the assigned homes; provided at least 1 week in advance

  Responsibilities:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AS A DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP):

• A valid driver’s license and 6 months driving experience
• Previous Personal Care Aide, Caregiver, Direct Support Professional (DSP), or Direct Care Worker experience
• Knowledge of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autism
• 18 years of age
• Access to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection
• A team player who can be flexible with their schedule
• Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand the English language
