Description:
En tant que directeur des ventes, vous serez responsable de la direction, de la gestion et de la rentabilité d’une région, d’un marché ou d’un canal de vente qui vous sera attribué. Vous serez responsable de la réalisation des objectifs de vente et de rentabilité par la direction, l’organisation, la coordination, la communication et le développement des ventes sur le terrain, des ventes internes et des autres professionnels de la vente.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent exigé ; Baccalauréat - Commerce, Administration des affaires, Ingénierie, ou autre domaine pertinent de préférence.
- Expérience en vente professionnelle dans un secteur connexe/7 ans ou plus
- Expérience en matière de direction et de gestion du personnel et des programmes au niveau national, du district ou de la région/5 ans ou plus
- Connaissance pratique des principes de gestion et d’entreprise, notamment de la planification stratégique, de l’affectation des ressources, des techniques de leadership et de la coordination des personnes et des ressources.
- Capacité avérée à analyser, à lancer et à mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente pour atteindre les objectifs prévus.
- Comprendre le marché concurrentiel, les perspectives du marché et communiquer efficacement avec les principales parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Réussite démontrée dans la prestation de services à la clientèle, y compris l’évaluation des besoins des clients, le respect des normes de qualité des services et l’évaluation de la satisfaction de la clientèle.
- Solides compétences verbales, écrites, analytiques, persuasives et interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe, à diriger et à faire preuve de flexibilité.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion du temps et d’informatique.
- 10 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la vente professionnelle.
- 7 ans de gestion de personnel et de programmes au niveau national, régional ou de district.
- Capacité à voyager de 25 à 50 %.

As a Sales Director , you will be responsible for the leadership, management and profitability of an assigned sales region, market, or channel. You will be accountable for achieving sales and profitability goals through direction, organization, coordination, communication and development of field sales, inside sales, and other sales professionals. You will be a part of the Communications and Security Solutions team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree - Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field preferred
- 7+ years of related industry professional sales
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing staff and programs at national, district or regional level
- Working knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, initiate and implement sales strategies to achieve forecasted goals
- Understands competitive landscape, market insights and effectively communicates across key internal and external stakeholders
- Proven success in for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills
- Ability to exercise teamwork, leadership, and flexibility
- Excellent time management and computer skills
- Ability to travel 25% - 50%
Working Environment: Outside Sales – Work is generally performed in an office environment, but employee may need to travel to customer sites or warehouse facilities. Driving may be required for an extended period of time with frequent stops and starts. Can be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Develops and administers sales plan to ensure customer satisfaction, assigned quota attainment, and highly skilled and motivated staff.
- Achieves annual sales and gross profit plan by implementing sales strategies and analyzing trends and results in conjunction with regional and business unit management team.
- Establishes sales objectives.
- Forecasts expected sales volume and profit for existing and new product lines and customers.
