CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS :

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un.e directeur / directrice services-conseils.
Dans ton rôle, tu agiras à titre de leader en contribuant à l’ensemble des activités d’affaires reliées à un compte client. En plus, tu appuieras les associés dans le développement des affaires et dans l’identification d’occasions pour la rétention et la fidélisation des clients.
Tu deviens le point de contact privilégié pour le client qui souhaite réaliser des projets ou des initiatives ponctuelles d’évolution ou des activités de commercialisation (développement de site Web, application mobile, campagnes interactives, promotions, concours, etc.).
Tu devras posséder suffisamment de connaissances et d’expérience dans le domaine du numérique afin de bien supporter et conseiller notre clientèle. Tu interviendras avec des points de vue, des opinions, des idées et des recommandations pour l’évolution des solutions pour les clients. Selon le cas, tu peux t’occuper de plusieurs clients en même temps.

QUALIFICATIONS ET CARACTÉRISTIQUES REQUISES

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, tu devras avoir :

• Une expérience de 5 ans dans un rôle similaire;
• Une bonne connaissance du monde du numérique avec une pensée « affaires » qui cherche à aider nos clients;
• La capacité à rassembler et être habile politiquement. Tu dois être en mesure de travailler et collaborer avec d’autres agences tout en assurant la place de Tink;
• Une capacité à analyser les besoins des clients et à proposer des solutions créatives et efficaces;
• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément;
• La capacité d’établir et de maintenir une relation de confiance avec les clients et d’agir à titre de conseiller ou de conseillère auprès de ces derniers;
• La capacité à connaître tes faiblesses et savoir t’entourer d’experts;
• Une excellente maîtrise du français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, est requise pour ce poste;
• Ayant à communiquer avec des clients anglophones, un anglais très fonctionnel est requis pour ce poste;
• Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, concentration marketing ou commerce électronique.

• The awareness of your weaknesses and the ability to surround yourself with experts.
• Excellent proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is required for this position.
• Given the need to communicate with English-speaking clients, highly functional English is required for this position.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in marketing or e-commerce.

JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will have the opportunity to:

• Understand best practices and methodologies in strategy, definition, and design of digital solutions, including websites, social media, blogs, mobile applications, and all enterprise systems that feed the digital ecosystem (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Conceive, prepare, and present evolution projects to clients autonomously or in collaboration with team specialists.
• Guide your client and involve the right specialists at the right times.
• Coordinate ideation, creation, design, and architecture of solutions.
• Oversee projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.
• Follow up on activities or business opportunities to serve your clients well.
• Participate in calls for tenders.
• Foster information sharing and collaboration among project team members you contribute to.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Develop and manage your clients’ annual “digital” budgets.
• Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices to ensure our services remain competitive and innovative.
