DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :

Le rôle d’Opérateur en Chef à Tremblant consiste à fournir un leadership à notre équipe, à développer une culture de magasin solide, à atteindre nos objectifs clés en termes de service client, de chiffre d’affaires et de rentabilité, ainsi qu’à renforcer notre marque au sein de la communauté locale. Ce poste de Directeur Général est un mélange de ventes et d’opérations. L’aspect le plus crucial de ce rôle est de favoriser un environnement productif, de préparer l’équipe au succès pour garantir que nous offrons un service légendaire à nos clients et partenaires. Vous serez notamment responsable de diriger une équipe de Chefs d’Équipe et de Techniciens de Ski dans la livraison d’équipements de ski et de snowboard à nos clients. Cela implique de planifier les futurs quarts de travail, de garantir que l’équipement respecte nos normes de marque, d’assurer un coaching constant de l’équipe et de gérer nos résultats financiers. Vous serez également chargé de faire croître l’entreprise en développant des relations productives avec la station, en réalisant des ventes locales avec les hôtels, les sociétés de gestion immobilière, les conciergeries, et bien plus encore. Ce poste est à temps plein et toute l’année.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Tremblant Chief Operator position is responsible for providing leadership to our team, building a strong shop culture, achieving our KPIs of customer service, revenue and profit and building our brand within the local community.
This General Manager position is a hybrid sales / operations role. The most important part of the General Manager role is to help promote a productive environment, setting the team up for success to ensure we are delivering legendary service to our customers and partners. More specifically, you will be responsible for leading a team of Team Leaders and Ski Technicians in their roles of delivering ski and snowboard rental equipment to our guests. This includes scheduling future shifts, ensuring equipment is up to our brand standards, consistent coaching for the team and managing our P&L. You will also be responsible for growing the business through fostering a productive relationship with the Resort, local sales with hotels, property management companies, concierges and more. This position is full-time year-round.
