Description:
EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced degree in life sciences with drug discovery experience
- 5 to 7 years in a similar role will be considered an asset
- Legal background in contract management will be considered an asset

- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to work fluently in both French and English (spoken and written)
- Highly detail oriented, organized and able to multitask
- Trusted to always keep sensitive information confidential
- Motivated to read and review a large volume of legal documents

- Sound judgment, coupled with good business sense
- Operate and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of entire contract portfolio
- Perform contract maintenance and contract lifecycle management
- Produce reports, spreadsheets, and other documents related to contract management
- Ensure consistency of contract terms with company policies and goals
- At times, may be required to communicate relevant contractual information to internal stakeholders to ensure compliance
- Support internal clients in establishment of agreements with suppliers
- Actively monitor all funded Research collaborations
- Maintain an updated list of all Research partnerships/consortiums
- Serve as a key internal contact with funding bodies representatives
- Track Company’s obligations for awarded contracts
- Coordinate the scientific elements of R&D Tax Credit reporting
- Various related tasks, including special projects
- Support various internal approval processes related to commercial contracts and ensure adherence to ISO 27001 and internal standards
