Description:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline; an MBA is a strong asset.
  • Experience: Ten years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in a B2B technology environment; at least three years in team management.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
  • Technical and Personal Skills: Strong knowledge of marketing software and trends; analytical thinking, adaptability, solution-oriented approach, communication skills, and influence capability.

Responsibilities:

  • Global Marketing Strategy: Design and deploy global marketing and communication strategies, collaborating with creative and media teams to support growth.
  • Strategic Planning and Tracking: Develop, articulate, and monitor strategic plans to drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
  • Budget and Daily Operations Management: Oversee the marketing department budget and manage daily creative, operational, and strategic processes (promotional materials, brochures, videos, webinars, communications, events, website, public relations).
  • Public Relations and Media Relations: Build and maintain media relationships and stakeholder connections through innovative PR strategies.
  • Team Supervision and Development: Lead, evaluate, and inspire the Marketing and Communications team, setting short- and long-term goals for internal teams.
  • Qualified Lead Generation: Increase qualified lead generation (SQL) by optimizing marketing initiatives.
  • Competitive Analysis and Positioning: Analyze competitors and understand how market shifts impact customer needs to adjust the value proposition.
  • Event and Logistics Management: Organize and oversee company events, from marketing campaign planning to logistics.
  • Performance Indicators Analysis: Use marketing KPIs to translate results into actionable insights and refine strategies.
