POSITION SUMMARY

Are you interested in an opportunity to grow professionally within a positive and progressive culture? Northern Health is seeking a champion with significant management and leadership experience to join us with our Agency Deployment department.
The Director, Agency Deployment Office is responsible for leading the procurement and deployment of Agency Health Provider resources for Northern Health, and specific areas of the province as identified by the Ministry of Health. As a member of the Senior Leadership team, the Director provides leadership within and around resource planning to facilitate achievement of the mission, vision, and strategic priorities of Northern Health in accordance with the organization’s values. The Director provides input and makes recommendations to the Executive team, senior leadership, physician leaders, the Ministry of Health, and the Executive Director, GoHealth BC operational issues as they relate to both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of Northern Health.
Starting salary will be approximately from $116,591 to $145,739 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field plus ten (10) years progressive leadership experience in a large, complex unionized environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
