Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Agency Services International is based in Singapore and covers Asia and selective other countries. Reporting to the Head of Specialised Transaction Management & Agency International, you will be responsible for originating and managing a portfolio of agency transactions in addition to undertaking various managerial responsibilities that may include team leadership, training and development, business oversight/reporting activities, implementing strategic initiatives and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

What will your day look like?
- Support delivery of financial performance plans and metrics for Agency Services.
- Develop effective Agency Services relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
- Undertake the onboarding and offboarding of customers.
- Work closely with key International stakeholders including Coverage, Corporate Finance and Syndications.
- Support end to end processes within the business, working closely with the operations and enablement teams.
- Prompt and accurate completion of checklists, preparation and processing of roll over instructions, rate fixing, drawdown and payment instructions, maintenance of Global Diary reporting items in accordance with BU and governance / audit procedures.
- Support development and implementation of business and operational initiatives
- Ensure adherence to Group, divisional process, policy and procedural requirements.
