Description:
This medium-sized consultancy is part of a niche global group that is renowned for its expertise and scale in the healthcare market. It has three standalone consultancies, each operating in different territories, all of which are recognised as leaders in their fields.
Right now, its medium-sized, London based firm wants to hire an additional Director to help lead and manage its health practice. The team is well-established with an inclusive and people-focused culture, the client base is rock solid and the nature of the work is diverse – pure pharma, regulatory issues and advocacy, public/private partnerships, sustainability projects, behavioural science campaigns, rare disease programmes, to name a few.
But the primary differentiator comes from the genuine integration that exists within the business as a whole, which allows for active and real cross-collaboration with other service offers and colleagues. These include market-leading data and insights specialists, purpose and sustainability teams - a mix of capabilities that enables the health practice to deliver ground-breaking campaigns with a greater emphasis on creativity and innovation.
The Head of the Practice is looking for an individual with a point of view, the ability to reimagine the future shape of health communications, and a desire to play a pivotal role in the next phase of the Practice’s growth and evolution, ideally with a strong track record in health comms and proven talent in the nurturing of people, something the business takes very seriously.
If you want to step up into leadership within a consultancy that genuinely looks after its people, offering a close-knit team environment with all the potential of being part of a global group comprising a mix of exciting comms businesses, you should get in touch
