Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR Shared Services team across multiple countries, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Oversee core HR administrative services, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, employee life-cycle processes, employee records management and offboarding.
- Establish and maintain SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for HR service delivery.
- Identify, partner and drive opportunities for centralization, standardization, and process improvements across HR operations.
- Partner with HR business partners, other regional BYonder Care teams, and business leaders to ensure HR services meet evolving organizational needs.
- Monitor and leverage emerging trends and technologies to maintain a best-in-class HR service delivery model.
- Manage technology platforms, ensuring their effective utilization and integration with business systems.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
- Analyze service delivery metrics and employee feedback to identify areas for enhancement.
- Implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and secure employee records in alignment with data privacy standards.
- Act as a key point of contact for escalated HR service issues and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or a related field.
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams across EMEA.
- 3+ years of experience as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
- Proven experience managing HR and case management technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow).
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations across EMEA.
- Strong background in process optimization, change management, and project management.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HR technology and data management systems.
