Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Director, Client Partnerships plays a crucial role at Cowan, overseeing the relationship between the organization and its clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure clients needs and expectations are met
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the client experience
  • Analyze data and trends to enhance overall client service performance
  • Lead and manage a team of client service professionals by providing coaching and mentoring -setting goals, providing guidance and evaluating performance
  • Manage budgets for the client service team
  • Keep abreast of industry trends to stay competitive
  • Provide the Sr VP monthly reporting related to strategic initiatives & KPIs related to performance of team
  • Provide subject matter expertise and updates regarding industry trends and guidance on complex topics (e.g. interpretation of contract and policy language)
  • Work collaboratively with the Benefits & Pension Consulting senior management team and the other lines of business within Cowan to implement new products and processes to meet the strategic business plan/expectations
  • Ensure escalated client and practice issues are dealt with efficiently
