Description:

We are seeking an energetic and strategic Director of Brand Partnerships to join our dynamic team.

This individual will serve as a key leader between our company and our valued brand partners, developing, managing, and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial relationships. This includes overseeing key programs and strategies that support our brand partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand partnership strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with brand partners, including owning recurring meetings and check ins, agendas, decks and more.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners to drive collaboration and brand synergies.
  • Develop and implement partner strategies that align with the team’s goals to enhance brand visibility and engage key audiences.
  • Plan and execute joint campaigns and promotions with brand partners, including overseeing event activations.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements to maximize value return, showing the ability to be savvy with budget constraints.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand partnerships, providing regular readouts and strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential brand partners and industry trends.
  • Address any issues or challenges that arise in brand partnerships promptly and effectively.
  • Standardize Nasdaq’s approach to brand partnerships across the organization.

Additional Job Description:

Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in brand partner management, marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in brand management, partnership development, or related roles.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

The base pay range for this role is $120,800 - $201,300. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
