Job Summary
Summary:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Development Director in Europe.
As the Business Development Director for our Industrial Sector, you will lead the charge in building long-term, strategic relationships with key customers.
You will be In-charge of qualifying new customers, developing relationship and business with them, achieving pipeline and bookings results according to assigned unipersonal and team targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and develop new alliances with key customers, deeply understanding their business strategies, upcoming product plans, and expansion activities to align [Company Name]’s resources for maximum mutual benefit.
  • Account Leadership: Support existing accounts by helping design and execute their product roadmaps. Serve as the key liaison to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions, spanning concept development, industrial design, manufacturing, supply chain/logistics, post-production services, and reverse logistics.
  • Market Intelligence & Insight: Actively research and analyze industry trends and customer needs to keep [Company Name] at the forefront of market evolution, offering solutions that meet future demands.
  • Champion of Our Ways of Working: Represent [Company Name]’s values and methodologies in all interactions, both within our team and with external contacts, to build trust and commitment with our clients and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant educational background and proven experience in business development, ideally in the industrial or related sectors, with a history of successful relationship-building and partnership development.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to understand and anticipate customers’ business strategies and needs, delivering tailored solutions that create lasting value.
  • Leadership and Influence: Strong communicator and collaborator, with a track record of successfully influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives.
