Practice Area:
The Director, Business Development and Marketing will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our law firm across all offices. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance the firm’s market presence, attract new clients, and expand existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, marketing, and the legal industry, combined with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS + SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development and marketing. Experience within the legal services industry is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development and marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
