  • Hands-on Analytical Lifecycle Management: Directly engage in and oversee the full cycle of BI projects—from data extraction and transformation (ETL) processes, through data organization and analysis, to the delivery of actionable insights. Ensure technical excellence and practical outcomes at every stage.
  • Operational and Project Management: Take on operational responsibility for the BI department, including hands-on management of technical projects, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Advanced Technological Proficiency: Demonstrate and apply expert knowledge in AI, ML, programming languages, and data analysis methods. Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies and tools to enhance BI capabilities and operational warehouse performance and data utilization.
  • Technical Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader in BI, promoting innovative warehouse performance and data utilization approaches and technologies that align with our strategic goals. Share expertise and insights with stakeholders.
  • BI System Development and Operational Excellence: Directly involved in the planning, development, evaluation, and maintenance of BI systems. Ensure the BI infrastructure supports current and future business needs through hands-on engagement and technical oversight.
  • Effective Technical Communication: Communicate complex technical concepts and insights effectively across all levels of the organization, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic alignment approaches and technologies that align with our strategic goals. Share expertise and insights with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Technical/bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related careers.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Strong experience in a hands-on technical leadership role within business intelligence, data engineering, or a related area.
  • Strong technical background with proven experience in the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive BI solutions.
  • Expertise in BI tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI), programming languages, data management, analytics, and cloud computing technologies (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Azure DataBricks, Hadoop, Looker).

What we offer you:

  • Economic bonus and merit review.
  • Full Health Insurance (EPS and oncologic) for you and your direct dependents.
  • Fully paid English lessons.
  • All legal benefits (CTS, 30-day paid vacation per year, life insurance, etc.)
