YOUR PROFILE:

• Master’s degree in scientific field
• Over 10 years of proven experience in managing business operations and driving value creation within Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs)
• Experience with Operational Excellence, Lean Management / Six Sigma, preferably Black Belt, and passion for process improvement with an approach that promotes innovation, improves efficiency and eliminates waste
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and influencing skills in a proactive and solutions-focused manner, including keeping management aware of potential issues
• Fluent in German and English, French is a plus

• Establish a Business Process Engineering roadmap aligned with Bachem’s strategic and ensure its execution
• Design and optimize business processes according to business needs
• Manage and lead major projects to ensure business objectives are met in a timely and effective manner
• In close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will lead the implementation of Business Process Management and identify, document and drive E2E process solutions that contribute to sustainable business success
• Lead and implement change through influencing and decision-making using leadership, collaboration and customer-focused approach
• Ensure business teams are prepared for process and system changes, including training plans for knowledge transfer
• Be the “Process Champion” with respect to Bachem’s Innovation initiative
