DIRECTOR TALENT AND EFFECTIVENESS
We are looking for a Director Talent and Effectiveness, to join our Business Enablement team. The candidate will drive talent development and delivery effectiveness, supporting McKesson’s Financial Services and Solutions (FSS) Business Enablement team. You’ll oversee all development initiatives for the Business Process Improvement program (Lean Six Sigma), Corporate Finance PMO, and FSS Academy training programs.

- Degree or equivalent experience, typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience.
- Strong working knowledge in Instructional Design, Project and Program Management, Six Sigma and Lean process improvement methodologies
- Work is performed mostly remotely, with timely on-site presence to hubs or locations for collaborative engagement
