BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- At least 7 years of analysis and process experience
- At least 5 years of leading a cross functional team of 8+ reports
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of leading a cross functional team of 15+ direct reports
- 5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
- 5+ years of leading analytical, process and product teams
Responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership: Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and customer success for Capital One in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory behavior. A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics. The passion to ensure our terms are mission aligned and unassailable in the market. He/she will work closely with other Customer Management teams to ensure terms are both competitive and mission aligned.
- Technology & Process ownership: Have an ownership mindset, and strategic planning with a 6-24 month horizon. Develop and implement enhancements in our technology capabilities to lead the enterprise in risk management. Continue to ensure terms are executed correctly on daily, weekly, and monthly basis. He/she should be able to drive a roadmap of continuous improvement while ensuring critical business processes continue to be invested in through PDCAs.
- People leadership: Manage and develop a cross functional team of analysts, process managers and product. Coaching and mentoring associates throughout the organization with a goal of developing and retaining talent at Capital One. Ability to build and leverage the capabilities of a high-performing team, as well as business partners across the enterprise. He/she should foster innovation, drive critical decisions, hold business partners accountable, and be able to consistently deliver results.
