Your Role
As Director Channel Management Central & Eastern Europe (m/f/d) you lead the Channel Management Team in Holzminden, Germany and closely interact with the Channel Management of the other EAME-Market Clusters AMETCIS and WE and the sales colleagues and other functions in CEE. This role is part of the CEE Leadership Team. Your main goal is to achieve sustainable and profitable growth for your region via constructive partnerships with distribution partners:
- You lead the channel management sales teams and guide the customer/ distributor teams via proper goal setting and performance reviews.
- You establish internally and with the distribution partners the right framework (incl. legal contracts) to successfully drive the business relationship.
- You establish and sustain a strong internal network with relevant account managers and other stakeholders of the regional/ global Symrise team involved in the distributor management.
- You closely monitor and manage performance (especially revenue and profitability) according to set targets on an ongoing basis and act in timely manner with corrective actions.
- You are accountable for the pricing strategy and ensure implementation in alignment with, business units and pricing managers.
- You drive the business development of the cluster with 3rd Party sales organization.
- You develop, communicate and implement country/ subregional strategies to proactively drive geographical growth ambitions and to respond/anticipate relevant market developments in a timely manner.
