We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Shipowners Marine Hull team as a Director - Claims Management. You will be responsible for a portfolio of varied clients requiring ‘hands-on’, strong relationship building to assist them with all aspects of their insurance programmes. You’ll be guiding existing clients through mid-term adjustments and renewals, including presentations to the appropriate market, whilst also identifying new business opportunities. We are especially interested to hear from candidates with Marine Hull insurance market experience and knowledge.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive knowledge of the Marine Hull insurance market, both UK and internationally.
• Preferably holds a degree or possesses relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrates strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Exhibits proficiency in problem-solving, planning, and budgeting.
