WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Deep understanding of endpoint management, including device lifecycle management, automation, patch management, and software distribution.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale endpoint environments, including multi-platform device fleets (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android).
  • Experience developing and implementing strategic change plans, governance models and technology roadmaps
  • Experience with vendor performance management, including development and monitoring of SOWs and their outputs, SLA compliance, and vendor relationship management

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and operations of the endpoint management strategy, end user support strategy including optimization, modernization and simplification of enterprise end user hardware.
  • Manage and optimize endpoint management tools and platforms such as SCCM, Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace One, or other MDM/UEM platforms.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, service providers and stakeholders to proactively recommend new cost-efficient solutions, support opportunities and/or solutions to new or unknown issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, security, and business teams to align endpoint management initiatives with business needs.
  • Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) or similar automation techniques to improve consistency and reduce manual toils.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the endpoint management and end user support teams, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
